[FWDLK] More Carb Problems

I'm going to work backwards to see if I can determine the solution to the 
problem that I'm having with my 58 Plymouth 318 2bbl carb.

Let's say that my Stromberg 2bbl carb had it's float level set too low. What 
problems would I be experiencing ?
