1. What color should the throttle return spring be painted ?



2. What color is the dipstick handle ? I see traces of red, but that may be 

from the days when the engine was that color.

  The spring should be raw and unpainted.  I believe the dipstick was P&A black (?).

  Were you able to iron out that vacuum leak / carb problem ?
