Folks:

     A couple years ago I bid and won on eBay a car cover for my 56 Fury.  The price seemed cheap.  I sent the guy a check and never heard from him again.  My check wasn't cashed and he would not answer my emails.  Be careful of the eBay car cover guy.

     I then went to California Car Cover company and they made me a nice one which I still use.  My Fury is under a semi-open garage and it works fine.  The material is cotton with a fuzzy/lint backing.  I had to modify it to cover the fender mirrors and rear antenna.  This I did with extra material they sent and some "Goop" glue.

     The corner elastic stretched after a couple years and I had to add clips and bungie cords to keep it from blowing off in strong winds.  Otherwise it is fine.

 Help. Hey guys, I am contemplating purchasing a car cover for my 1959 Plymouth. Need advice on a reputable supplier, manufacturer , and recommended material makeup. Someone recommended a chamois fabric, but I can not find a supplier. I've seen some car covers on the Forward look eBay store, does anyone know anything about these??  Thanks in advance. Don
