[FWDLK] Brake fluid

I recently purchased a brake Conversion Kit for '59 Plymouth from Roger at AAJ Brakes.

Now, what type of brake fluid is recommended for this system??  Also, would you completely drain the entire system, or just add what is needed ??.  Thanks in advance, Don
