These are two different engine families and there is very little if any interchangability between them. However the 1959 only Dodge 326 is an "A" block and most parts interchange except the 326 has hydraulic lifters and parts related to the slightly different displacement.

The more I look over the info I have on the Plymouth poly the Dodge 325 poly has a different deck height so not much will interchange with the Plymouths poly? Are there 4bbl intakes or 2X4 intakes out there? That 2bbl while serviceable looks to tame on a finned MoPar!
