[FWDLK] Part ID

I have a four barrel manifold with part number or casting number 1828103 stamped on it. When I bought the thing many years ago I was told it would fit my 57 Plymouth with a 301. The 57 ran so well that I decided not to mess with it, but I still have the manifold.

 

Any ideas as to what the original application is?
