This supplier has new kits for many types/brands of fuel pumps, including Carter. There is even a 63 photo series on the site showing the process for rebuilding a Carter. They can also do it for you. They also do water pumps and motor mounts, and many other service parts.

kanter apparently has them as they offer rebuild services/pumps by exchange... i dont know if they sell kits outright w/o their service--- word of warning- i got a kanter pump, dual action [for wipers] for a twin-H hudson i had... mind you the twin carb pump was special opposed to 262 and single-carb 308s.... they rebuilt the carb, and overtightened the perimeter screws of the pump, cracking 3 or 4 bosses- i got another pump out of them about a month later...

so if they have the kit- buy it- i cant advocate their rebuilders....

Does any one know where to find fuel pump repair kits??  I have a Carter that I want to rebuild myself.  I had it apart and it needs the check valves, gaskets and diaphragm.  Thank you for any input.
