[FWDLK] Looking for an engine

I am restoring a 60 DeSoto. The 361 engine is stuck and I am not sure I can free it up. If I can't , I will need to find a 59-62 361, 383 or a 413 cid engine that can be rebuilt.
I live in No.Car.,so I am hopping I can find one in the east, but I will consider one from anywhere.
