Re: [FWDLK] 1/4 bbl or 2/4bbl and much more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

funny thing... i had a silver special as well- 6 stick, 1 visor, 1 armrest [driver side] but had a radio and heater.  the original paint was also a single-tone dark blue- no silver roof- but of course sported the sport tone "s. special" inserts and added fender>door stainless- no names, just the pickup type forwardlooks on the qtrs....

one i stumbled upon by accident for sale was a SS with 3184bbl torqueflite car... but still option deleted otherwise.

No doubt that cars came down the line with omissions or mistakes. These were production cars built by humans on a tight deadline. So this is likely to happen.

It becomes an issue when someone claims rarity, and therefore demands a premium price, based on this. The burden of proof is on them to show that the car came from the factory like this, and was not added later.

If someone likes the way a car looks, runs and drives, then originality may not be an issue for them. The car is worth what someone is willing to pay.
