I can't speak for what the factory did, but on my '57 Fury, the 4 gang switch is wired so that the front button is driver front, second button is passenger front, third is driver rear, and fourth is passenger rear.

IS IT CORRECT,,,,THAT THE MASTER SWITCH ON THE DRIVERS DOOR is wired so that the FRONT BUTTONS activate the REAR WINDOWS???

and vice versa of course!!

WHY on earth did mothermoipar do that???
