[FWDLK] Question to Ontario members

Hi all
I have a question mostly for Ontario Canada members. I'm about to buy an 
early 50s car in Ontario though it was in storage for decades and the 
title is lost . The seller can supply a bill of sale as well as an 
affidavit as proof of ownership.
So is the state of Ontario can issue a title for this car ?
