My '55 Belvedere sedan needs to have its fuel tank un-dented and =C2=A0de-l=
eaked - or maybe replaced.=C2=A0 My quick searches on the web haven't revea=
led any sources.=20



Its original p/n is 1557468 - per the parts manual - and is shared with '55=
/'56 Dodge.=C2=A0 It's a 17-gallon unit,=C2=A0and the parts manual lists al=
so a 20-gallon unit via p/n 1632823.=20



Got any tips/guidance?=20

    I had the tank on my 56  Fury refurbished by Tank Renu and they did an 
excellent job.  I would  highly recommend them, especially when no one is 
reproducing tanks for the  1950's MoPars.  They will clean, repair and line 
the tank followed with a  nice paint job.  You can also paint the tank when 
they finish if you do not  like the why they did it.
