We’re yanking the tapered axles on our 64 Dodge 880 in order to replace the inner wheel/hub bearings.
My teenage son swears one of them is making noises. He drives the car regularly and he’s usually right about this stuff.
I’d like to have new replacement bearings in hand and at the ready, so as to minimize down time.
But I’m having zero luck finding the bearing and race numbers online or at my local NAPA counter.
Weren’t the same axles and bearings used from 1957 through 64?
Anybody know the correct bearing numbers?
