I've only worked with them a couple of times and hope to never need to again. Ordered correct yardage for seats in 55 Chrysler and got total ordered but in small pieces which of course wouldn’t fit the various areas in the car naturally. Just what they had left in scrap pile so they sent it on out. Took a lot of time and hassle but did finally get right material--even right color! Just don't trust them darn it.
