The gasket for the 2dr and 4dr rear glass are different. AFAIK, the gasket is not being reproduced. You will have to find an original.

 

Don't believe what you read in an ebay ad. They are just pushing product.

 

You don't specify if it's a 4dr sedan (1620502) or 4dr hardtop (1620179). The sedan gasket is 55-6 Desoto only. The 4dr HT gasket is 56 Desoto and Chrysler 4dr HT only.

Subject: [FWDLK] Rear Window Gasket for 56 Desoto 4 door

My interior project is about to kick off. I'm now facing the Headliner replacement/Rear Window Gasket problem. 
I located a Rear Window Gasket on Ebay but it's for a 2 door Hardtop, Mine is a 4 Door Sedan. 

The Ebay Ad says replaces Part Number: 1620173 - 1620473. I don't have a Parts Number List so I don't know if they interchange. 

I do have a NAGS for 56 Chrysler/Desoto. The 2 Dr HD Glass part number is B390 while the 4 Door Sedan is B392.

Any assistance is appreciated. My Interior guy is starting on the seats next week & will be ready to install the Headliner soon after.
