They are definitely factory 59 wheel covers. They fit one of the wheels that were on the ar, which was sliced when in for service. Replacement 14" wheels are too small. another list member said 59 had a different style rim????

Dodge went from 15” to 14” starting with model year 1957.
Are you certain the wheel covers you have are for a 1959 automobile?
