[Chrysler300] power window troubles

Working on 65 rear left power window. At socket for rear switch I expected to find power at one of the sockets for the pins on the switch. I thought it would be the center pin that was powered. Am I wrong? If there is to be power at rear socket, does that power come thru the driver switch or does driver switch have no effect on power to rear switch? Hope this is clear and not as confused as I am.
Thanks
Ken Krull
