Subject: paint question
Hello Group, I'm getting ready to paint the dash on my G and was wondering
if anyone knows the name/manufacturer of the color that is the match to
the original paint color? and I'm still looking for a few sheet metal
parts for the G.For anyone that may have a donor car laying around(not
rusting) I need the rear
panel that goes from L to R of the car between the tail lights that also
houses the license plate and from the trunk lip down behind the bumper. If
you think you may know what I mean and have one, please email me direct
and I'll send a picture of where I need to cut it from(if that makes any
sense to you). Thanks and happy motoring.

Subject: Carb to manifold question
Folks:
Do I need to put a "carb to manifold adapter" on if I am using a smaller
'64
413 AFB on a '67 Magnum intake? I generally like to have the same size
carb
bores as the holes in the intake and have never done it this way. I know
that carb to manifold adapters were often sold in the "old days",
particularly for large carbs to smaller bores (which I think could be
reversed for the "smaller to larger" scenario), but I don't know if that
was
really necessary.
Any experience/input would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Keith

Hi, whoever you are!
Since you hide behind a screen name, if you are going to the Kellog, MI
meet,
I would like to meet you in person! I have never met a nasty, price
gouger
at a meet in person, yet. Maybe this will be a first!

Subject: Open Trailer Avail. MT to SFArea Early April
For the trip back after dropping off a car in Kalispell, MT., our trailer
is open for use. We'll be heading to Portland, OR, for the Swap Meet,
4/5, 4/6, then to SF Bay Area on Monday 4/7.
Leaving Kalispell probably early Friday, 4/4.
If nothing comes up for Kalispell, MT, we'll head on to Portland anyway.
Keep us in mind if you pick up something in Portland that needs transport
back to SFBay Area, Northern CA or ORegon stops/whatever heading down I-5
Open trailer, dual axle, 18 ft., trailer brakes. Tow vehicle is a Dodge
Durango with 5.9 V-8. We like to get our expenses covered so quite
willing to help out if you need transport. Have a power winch so can pull
on a non-running vehicle.

Can you strap Gary Goers to the trailer...I have tons of projects that
he would excel at. Since he moved to a remote region to, I can't get
him in person for project work for love or money. Give him a huge hello
from us.
