[Chrysler300] P/S pump lacking steeroids

Dearly Beloveds........Situation: Power Steering goes dead while
driving.....pump full, belts OK. I replace with known good pump which works for 20 miles
and then quits being powerful. I purchase rebuilt pump (rebuilt by GM Delco)
which produces zero power from the getgo. What are the tests here? Undo the
high pressure hose and see if stuff shoots out everywhere? Undo the low
pressure hose and repeat procedure? Can the steering box itself be the guilty
party? Car is the 66 300 Club Sport from Mena. Flush is mentioned but how? with
what as the flusher?
Your powerless brother in Chrysler, L Jett
