These discussions recycle but when it comes to such an important issue it is
good that they do.
  
I believe last time the issue came up I para-phrased an article written on
the subject by an expert who is frequently consulted by insurance carriers
assessing  injury claims as well as fatalities. Bottom line rule, run
radials on rims designed for radials, stick to pure bias for the original or
preradial rims. Your life depends on it!
