[Chrysler300] 55 bumper jack

I'm trying to identifie the bumper jack in my c-300. The base is eight ins. square with the corners bent over. The hole in the base is triangular but not 'T' shape. The jacking bar is 30 1/2" long and sorta 'V' shaped. There are distorted round push marks holding the jacking mechanism from falling off either end. On the jack it says "up"    "down"   and "uni" and nothing else. There are no other marks. Thanks for the help, John and Nancy Peabody, Pittsburgh Pa.
