I read these posts all the time and wonder what rebuilding really means..If 
it is just cleaning up and hoping they reassemble it in the correct fashion ( 
which I know of one case where they didn't) then can't one do it themselves.  
Can someone please explain what rebuilding really means.  I doubt they plot 
vacuum versus deflection motion to see that it is indeed  to original specs but I 
do not know.  To me all I want for my 57-58 is a good bellows and a front 
plate with cad plated gold dichromate finish.
