Hey Rob -

Before plunking down that kind of money on bumper bolts, you may want to try
NAPA. I got Rockford Stainless Steel capped 1½ x ½ bumper bolts for about
$2.50. They look beautiful on my 58 Plymouth rear bumper. Cap measures 1
1/8" across.

arrives and at the bottom left corner of one of the pages in Merle's article
