[Chrysler300] Really need brake expert... what's wrong?

I know I should have kept it simple but in my quest for a no holds barred,
performance driven , money no object toy I've gone thru about $150 worth of dot
5 SILICONE fluid trying to bleed the brakes in my Ram K. After two days a
mechanic told me I'll never manually be able to bleed them and lent me a
pressure bleeder.

Finally got some pedal after pressure bleeding it all , although kinda
spongy but considering the non-original parts in the system I have no idea what
would be normal. Process went like this... Bleed master cylinder then remote
slave cylinder. Went to right rear wheel, left rear wheel, right front then left
front wheel. All several times just to get some pedal feel. Come back 3
days later and pedal goes right to floor.

Some more info... no visible leaks anywhere. master cylinder is late 60's
dual reservoir. Master cylinder and remote booster / slave unit were rebuilt and
sleeved by Karp's in California. No residual pressure valves left in system
as car is now 4 wheel disc. Rear port on master plumbed thru adjustable
proportioning valve to rear wheels, Front port on master plumbed thru remote
slave unit to front discs. Essentially only the front brakes which do most of
stopping would have the power assist. Everything in system is new, car is off
roticierre and hasn't even been running let alone on road yet. Even the rubber
lines are gone; replaced with custom stainless steel braided lines.

The front kit is AAJ and rear kit uses the common GM Caddy caliper so common
to rear disc conversions. Rear emergency brake cables and levers were
adjusted to bring pads barely into contact with rotors before any of the bleeding
process was attempted per instructions.

At this time I'm considering that the problem might be in the slave unit and
today I'm going to make a small piece of brake line and bypass the remote
unit entirely and try again.

At first I thought the pressure bleeder would have cured the problem when I
was told that Dot 5 fluid is a pain in the ass to bleed. Although it will last
forever and not harm paint. I now don't know where to look since the system
lost pressure after just sitting for a few days. Any other ideas are
welcomed with exception of going back to drums.

Thanks,
Mike Laiserin
