RE: [Chrysler300] Chrysler 300s & California Black plates



i agree with paul as i have three california cars with
the black plates. the most common black plates started
in 1963 - the year was indented into the plate. every
year thereafter, was a sticker which covered up the
"63". there is also the "california mistique" about
the black plates and  always staying with the car. and
besides, those black plates look "cool".
