[Chrysler300] '60-'61 Seat Belts and Ram Induction tuning now on website

A big thanks to Bob Merritt for posting two new tech pieces to our website
that I emailed him.  Posted is the factory instructions for accessory seat
belts in '60-'61 cars and the factory service bulletin for tuning the F and
G Ram Induction system.  Very thorough coverage on both subjects.
 
The seat belt scans are not as high resolution as I would like, but these
are scans that were emailed to me a while ago and I lost the name of the
person that sent them.  I don't believe he was a club member and I don't
have the originals, only these scans.  Despite the quality, they are
readable and there was quite a bit of interest in them, so they are posted
for everyone's reference.  If someone comes up with better copies, email
them to Bob Merritt. 
 
The Ram Tuning procedure is the one I've used for my car, and works well if
you follow the steps properly.  Get that protractor out!
