Re: Re: [Chrysler300] New versions 300C scale models

" Also, Franklin Mint is now selling their Black C convertible in Green or Regimental Red, both with wire wheels, with limited production runs of 500 units. "

Hmmmmmm....I thought that the Franklin Mint was out of business. They used to have a very nice car show. I went to one in 2004 or 2005 and then when I tried to get info for the next years show I was told that they are out of business.
Maybe I was mis-informed and they just stopped having the car shows. The car show was kind of different ...NO entry fee, you got a FREE breakfast and or lunch (Maybe both, I don't remember) and each participant received a FREE Franklin Mint model. They chose what models they were giving out.

I just went to their website, which I was surprised to see since I did think they were out of business, and Did Not see any Chrysler 300 diecasts for sale. A few years ago I did buy their Black 300C.

Noticed in the link that they are unpainted, so I suspect the colour reflects someone's personal choice or that is the colour of the plastic resin. Certainly doesn't do anything for the car.
