I agree with Owen that Chrysler 300 race cars do not have to be factory lightweights for lack of optional equipment. Kiekhaefer order 3 300C Road America competition hardtops. On was pretty much a standard white C. The other two were built with the heavier convertible frame, Imperial suspension parts, radios, heaters, power window, power seats, and even power antenna. I own the surviving special order Charcoal Gray (extra coat of paint too) Road America hardtop.
