[Chrysler300] window parts

I have a 1965 Chrysler 300 convertible with manual windows.  The rear window on the driver's side does not operate properly; you must turn the crank and push or pull the glass to put it up or down.

 

I am looking to replace the mechanism; can you help me with a replacement?
