Re: [Chrysler300] 57 C Seat

The seat on my G was doing something similar and the track and gear were frozen. It has rust problems so I assume the rust was to blame. I soaked the track and gear area with Liquid Wrench and, after soaking for a week or so, I used a big hammer and drift pin to loosen it. It took a lot of pounding back and forth, barely moving at first. Once it moved some I used the motor and assisted it with the hammer. It now runs back and forth, up and down but still will not tilt, which I assume is a different problem. The passenger side would move slightly with the motor before the hammer treatment.

  Subject: [Chrysler300] 57 C Seat

hello to all in 300 land.

Looking for a complete/operational power seat mechanism for
300 C. Unit in car will make noise for a few seconds and stop. Have had 2
shops that worked on the mechanism with no success (they still gave me a
  bill).

  All suggestions, ideas, etc appreciated.
