[Chrysler300] Front bumper bolts

Hello Group,
Getting ready to install the front bumper brackets for my 300F. The guy who took the bumper off did not retain the bolts. Does any one know the size , length, thread size etc. I assume washer and lock washer. The service manual does not really go into detail. Thanks,
