To elaborate a bit further.  The original 4 bolt manifolds used on cars were I believe "modified" in that one area was cut out and replaced with a flat section to allow clearance on the driver's side.
 
Former club member, Wayne Graefen, who I personally consider a very learned person on the '57 examples had some repro units made and sold them out rapidly.  He is not doing this project any more and has no plans to do so.
 
Sanderson Headers offers, or at least did a few years ago a "shorty" version of a tube header that will fit the '57-'58 application as well as street rods.  Once again you will have to dimple the pipes on the driver's side for clearance. Some years ago I purchased a set of these to install on our 300C but after serious thought I decided not to do so.  They are still in the box unopened and stored in my collection of parts.

Could someone tell me if all the 1958 300Ds came with the Exhaust manifolds with the 4 bolt exhaust flange
I think some people call these truck manifolds

Also if someone knows what all the differences are besides the 4 bolts

The reason I ask is Hotheads is now having these reproduced see link below
