I agree.  I’m sure those BJ guys have made some sellers very happy, but they sure have ruined it for someone who is looking for the “Car of their Dreams” who can now finally afford it, but cannot find a clean fixer upper to buy at a reasonable price.  I think BJ have inflated prices far beyond value received.
 
But, it is the buyer who sets the final price.
