Hi Lucky,

There are 10 holes.

Have no idea about notching out hubcaps. There should be 2 small bumps on either side of the valve stem to keep the hubcap from rotating.

HI GANG. STOCKTON WHEELS IS MAKING ME 15IN WHEELS THAT WILL TAKE 14IN CAPS. HE IS NOT USING THE 5 HOLE BOLT PATTERN, IT LOOKS LIKE A UNIVERSAL HUB ABOUT 8 0R 10 HOLES. HE IS ALSO NOTCHING OUT THE HUB CAP WHERE THE VALVE STEM GOES. DOES THIS SOUND RITE TO ANY ONE WHO KNOWS? JUST MIGHT CANCLE THE ORDER.  JOE LUCIANO. 62 SPORT CONVT
