Finally am getting around to a little correction on the special order blue interior car formally owned for years by Ev Merritt. That car was actually a 300E (#657). It, along with my Polar blue 300F convertible remain the only special order blue interior 300s known. After many years conversing with Ev about our two cars, I was fortunate to finally get a look at the 300E---now with a new owner---at the Lawton, OK Meet, hosted by Rob and Marnie Kern in the fall of 2006. We managed to get several pictures of both cars finally side by side, with doors open to show the interiors. Quite a moment! (It can't have been 8 years ago already, can it?)
