Hi Folks;

It's time to get your registrations in to Gloria, and please reserve your room at the Double Tree Suites, If you are not sure, reserve, you can cancel later if need be.

So far, we have 10 rooms reserved, which I think is good this early, but ther is not a lot of time. The cut off date is less than 2 months away. I have booked 30 rooms and we have 1/3 reserved. I hope to have a lot more rooms taken by the eager membership but if we wait until the last moment, some are not gonna get a room. This is a busy hotel, with Walmart Venders coming to push their stuff on the sales staff at Walmart Hdqrs. They stay pretty much sold out, during the week.
