I've designed, sold, serviced and recommended microcomputer computer hardware and software for over 30 years.  The easiest way to get rid of your Microsoft Outlook problem, is to stop using it. 

 

You see, the product should have actually been named "Microsoft Outhouse" due to the fact that it just really *stinks* as a reliable e-mail client....
