[Chrysler300] Bulls eye headlamp halogen conversion

No pun intended but can anyone shed light on the best way to convert an Auto Lite bulls eye headlamp to use a halogen bulb ?  It is for my 6V cars, a C300, my '52 Saratoga and my other '52 Saratoga.
