[Chrysler300] trim code plate

Does anyone know what the trim code plate configuration is for 1961 Chryslers?  I've been contacted by an individual that is trying to get their missing trim code plate reproduced.  They have the build sheet from Gil Cunningham, but the plate maker needs to know the layout of the digits on the plate.  Any book or website out there that has that information?
