Re: [Chrysler300] Convertible top oil

Dan, it brought to mind when I was a child and we lived on a small island in the South Pacific. The family car was an old US Navy jeep. I  remember my Dad having to use olive oil for brake fluid because there was no brake fluid on the island. It worked I guess because it always stopped.

Hi all,

Just wanted to thank all who responded to my inquery about convertible top fluid.  Looks like the results are evenly split between ATF and power steering fluid as the fluid of choice.
