[Chrysler300] 64 300 vacuum advace spacers

Good Evening,

I have several vacuum advance units, all with spacers in them.

I would guess that the spacers would limit the movement of the breaker plate for the vacuum advance.

the centrifugal weights and static timing complete the stages of advance.

Without the old Sun machine to spin and see, is there a rule of thumb to increase the vac. advance with the spacers?

Yes, the rubber diaphragm seems to be intact when vacuum is applied to hose.

Thanks,

Dave in VA.
