Re: [Chrysler300] Brake Spring Troubles

Charle,
I had a tough time also. We just fought it with a typical spring tool and finally won!  The spring attaches to the outboard edge of the shoe. with some patience it will work. I would be curious if others had the same problem.  And if there's other solutions.
Thanks,

Hi everyone,

I am having the hardest time installing the brakes springs on the 300G. The springs are new.

Does anyone out there have a surefire way or special tool that will pop the brake springs the first time and every time ? Please share what you do and what you use.

Thanks
