[Chrysler300] 300E starting issue .................................................................................

Good Day to Everyone in 300Land!

 

Went out, put the key into the ignition and nothing!  Battery is fine, but I hear a very faint click and nothing.  So, I'm thinking, voltage regulator, ignition coil, starter or starter solenoid.  No past problems - has always started right up!  Any thoughts?  And, thanks in advance for any and all responses!
