[Chrysler300] 1962 300 - Under Hood Pair of Things

Can someone tell me what the finish should be for the following...?

HEATER CONTROL VALVE - Bulb Cover:

- That coiled "bulb" tube....

- Clips on to that rod that lives inside the Heater Box....

- That rod is a part of the oval shaped cover that screws on top of the heater box....

Is that steel cover just supposed to be scrubbed clean, with maybe a scotch brite pad & that's it?

I know it is not painted; just wondered if there some other finish for it?

RADIATOR CORE SUPPORT - A/C Lines Clip:

- That retainer clip that has 1 screw....

- That holds down 2 hard A/C lines....

- Lives on top of the drivers side core support....

Is that piece supposed to have plasti-dip on it?:

What is its finish?
