Re: {Chrysler 300} Crime Story

We see Andrew Jugle, owner of this black 300-C convertible, along with his white 300-C convertible, discussing this tv shoot on the DVD - “The 300 Project” - that many of you have. It's a very prof3essionally produced DVD - always great to circle back and look at it every so often.

David Coston, who produced that DVD back in ‘05/‘06, is now in process of producing a follow-up DVD of our recent 50th Anniversary Auburn Hills Meet.

We still have a few copies of “The 300 Project” original DVD available.

I was just thinking of that as I read the piece noting the C convert.  If I remember correctly, it was a horror show as far as what they did to the car.

I believe there was a write up in a club news article by the owner of the car that detailed the abuse the car was put through during the filming of that series.

From ‘86 to ‘88, NBC ran a series called Crime Story starring Dennis Farina. But to me, the real star was his black 300C ragtop. If you want to watch a great cop drama with awesome period music and an unreal plethora of vintage wheels. Give it a try. You can find it on PEACOCK.
