{Chrysler 300} 300F Starting Issue

Hi All,

Some background…
New gas tank, new SS fuel line, fuel filter, freshly rebuilt carbs, Pertronix Igniter 2 and Pertronix flame thrower coil, no ballast resister. (With the points the same issue) Cannot check timing as harmonic balancer mark has moved. Played with timing so that I just get an occasional hint of knock at full throttle. Once up to temp it runs very well and idles nicely with good response. But starting warm or cold takes a lot of cranking. I’m suspecting a vacuum issue even though nothing seems apparent to me. Any ideas?

Kevin
