{Chrysler 300} Package Tray Restoration

Folks,

Just pulled my package tray as part of a rear interior upgrade.  It needs refinishing.  About 18 years ago I had it dyed by Not Just Headrests.  They did a very nice job but now there are some small cracks and some areas where the dye has delaminated.  I am afraid to ship this and want to refinish it myself.   Can anyone suggest either a type of paint or  source?
