{Chrysler 300} 1964 radio question

Hello,

 

Does the IMPERIAL 414 AM radio have the same face as the 300 AM radio?  This is the one with the extra two buttons. I would like to know if it is a direct fit without having to cut the dash steel or the aluminum long bezel.
