Obviously not an H - looks like a nicely restored Sport conv. - paint, chrome, interior and 413 - PS, PB, power seat (standard on Sport convertibles) - negative would be “home made” rocker moulding - brown/ tan panel on rear of front seats?? - $28K is  very fair price.
