Re: {Chrysler 300} Slow starting when the engine is hot

Did this just start happening on its own or was something worked on or changed, and then it started? I had a similar problem many years ago with a car I purchased. It turned out the timing was set way too far advanced by the prior owner. Once the timing was retarded to where it was supposed to be, the problem went away.

Had to grind the adapter a bit to clear the block and you have to have longer battery and signal cables. Quiery said they can make longer or style cables, but I used a two piece set up.

my 1960 Chrysler starts easily when cold, but when the motor is up to full running temperature and the engine is turned off and then I try to start it again, the starter spins slowly and I am unable to get the car started. Is there a recommendation for a high torque low geared starter to solve this issue?
